Deburr Technician

**Job Summary:**

Stellar Technology Services is seeking a skilled Deburr Technician to join our team. As a Deburr Technician, you will be responsible for deburring and polishing machine parts, inspecting products for defects, and ensuring conformance to specifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Measure and examine completed parts to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments.
• Work directly with supervisors and management representatives to achieve production goals.
• Follow documented instructions and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Operate finishing equipment safely and efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform 100% visual inspections on all parts processed and report defective parts as scrap.
• Meet production rate requirements while maintaining workmanship standards.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in finishing production parts.
• Ability to use hand and power tools, and comprehend metal surface finishes.
• Ability to identify different burr types and learn advanced technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision and meet production deadlines.
