Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

At Aither Health, we're seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to drive maximum value for our client accounts. As a key member of our team, you'll take ownership of client retention and account development, adopting key stakeholder relationships with clients, vendors, and referral partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Presenting a partnership role in the implementation process, demonstrating a dedication to learning and contributing to the client's growth vision.
  • Working with our implementation team to manage project timelines and launch deadlines, including new vendor relationships and plan changes.
  • Leading annual renewals processes, initiating interactive meetings, and ensuring all deadlines are communicated and met.
  • Defining client needs to enable unique and effective servicing, differentiating Aither Health from other potential TPA's and driving retention and growth.
  • Maintaining up-to-date client and vendor information on our platform.
  • Developing tools and reporting to provide project management, drive outcomes, and address concerns/issues for each client.
  • Implementing checks and balances to monitor efficiencies in honoring contract provisions, ensuring high levels of client success and growth.
  • Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Building strong working relationships with other Aither Health associates, offering corrective coaching, and developing new training methods to support clients.
  • Effectively managing the team, delegating projects, and ensuring the highest success levels in production and client retention.
  • Developing and monitoring client cost savings through stop loss reporting and proactive communication with clients.
  • Taking initiative in problem-solving activities to improve operational workflows across the organization.
  • Participating in call management and internal communication boards to maintain service level standards.
  • Adapting to business needs, including working outside regular hours when necessary.
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent industry experience.
  • A deep understanding of the evolution of self-funded insurance.
  • 3-7 years of industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to focus on meeting goals.
  • Proficiency in PC and Windows, with experience collecting data and drawing valid conclusions.
  • A talent for ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, with a precise attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
  • A motivation to learn and improve processes, with a team-player mindset.
  • Experience in hiring or running a team.
