Role Summary:
The Growth Operations team collaborates closely with the Chief Business Officer to design, implement, and oversee essential growth strategies across key product areas. This team is tasked with commercial pricing, performance tracking, and strategic evaluation of business health and expansion. Continuous refinement of the agency model and enhancement of client experiences are central to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
The Growth Operations Manager will oversee the strategic management of Growth Ops products, insights, and their adoption by agencies and advertisers. This role involves partnering with the technical team to analyze and present critical business insights. It is a unique opportunity to engage with the broader Growth organization to drive revenue and achieve optimal commercial results for growth-oriented businesses.

  • Lead the strategy and execution of significant business analysis and KPI tracking for executive leadership.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Publicis Growth business and products concerning our commercial strategy, positioning, and pricing.
  • Act as a primary liaison to sales and finance for revenue and business operations, aligning with Growth Operations team leaders.
  • Enhance the value and application of Growth Operations and our advanced strategic insights for PMX, Publicis Media, and Epsilon.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual compliance policies related to Growth businesses and products.
  • Refine revenue operations processes concerning financial forecasting and performance across all business units and products.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in business or revenue operations, finance, commercial, or analytics roles, preferably within the advertising or media sectors.
  • A visionary thinker capable of innovating processes and approaches.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong desire to master the advertising landscape and the Publicis business model.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with agency operations and digital advertising business frameworks.
  • Experience in data aggregation using Excel, including pivot tables and LOOKUP functions.
