Job Summary:
Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our team. As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial growth strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for our clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial growth strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Align brand strategies with commercial execution to help define the roadmap to deliver long-term business objectives
- Use consumer data and analytics to advise and prioritize the commercial organization against the highest value opportunities across categories, brands, and markets
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive sustainable growth plans, balancing volume, price, and mix
- Track record of success working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization and developing deep relationships with key collaborators at all levels
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in CPG, preferably Beverage Alcohol
- Progressive leadership roles supporting commercial and or finance organizations
- Solid understanding of Distributor Management / Operations (three-tier system)
- Experience with Key Customer Management (either Regional or National)
- Knowledge of / Comfort with: Consumer Analytics, Category Management, Financial Metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate/MBA preferred
- Experience handling large datasets, particularly in the alcohol beverage industry
- Strong background in merging datasets and collaborating effectively with multiple cross-functional teams
