Your role will encompass overseeing performance evaluations, fostering learning and development, and enhancing employee retention, all while refining current processes and collaborating with essential stakeholders throughout the organization.
This position will play a crucial role in aligning business strategies with talent management, engagement, and organizational planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with your designated business unit(s) to gain a comprehensive understanding of business strategies and implement effective HR practices within the team.
- Advise line management and provide HR insights as needed, focusing on talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proactively evaluate team and employee development requirements, propose solutions, and execute appropriate strategies.
- Address employee disciplinary matters and offer guidance to business leaders on effective case management.
- Work in tandem with HR colleagues in Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, and other HR divisions to deploy solutions.
- Champion the employee engagement agenda for your business unit(s) and serve as an ambassador for organizational culture by planning and executing culture-building activities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a preference for HRBP experience.
- Proficiency in performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting.
- Proven project management and change management capabilities, with a track record of independently driving programs.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, with experience in translating data into actionable plans.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a history of building relationships across all organizational levels.
- Preferred knowledge and experience in the technology or Internet sectors.
