We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our healthcare team. This position is based in Tukwila, Washington, and offers the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. The role involves providing strategic HR support across multiple programs, implementing HR best practices, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.


Responsibilities:

• Ensure the implementation of HR strategies that drive engagement and retention, improve performance, support employee development, and facilitate learning and development.

• Maintain functional HR integrity, including the fair, equitable, and practical application of company policies and procedures.

• Provide strategic HR and talent support to Program Leaders, teams, and employees across multiple programs.

• Conduct Employee Relations Investigations, handle leave administration, and manage performance reviews.

• Perform hiring processes, onboarding, orientations, and work with various location sites.

• Understand and apply Washington state Human Resource policies.

• Handle questions related to Compensation and Benefits.

• Work with Programs to ensure understanding and implementation of best practices.

• Utilize MS Office and UKG for various HR tasks.

• Oversee training and development initiatives within the organization.

•Demonstrated proficiency in Benefit Functions

• Experince in Healthcare

• Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written

• Knowledge and experience in Compliance

• Proven track record in Employee Relations

• Familiarity with Hiring Processes

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Experience in Benefits Coordination

• Ability to conduct New Employee Orientation

• Experience in conducting Exit Surveys

• Ability to guide Career Development initiatives

• Experience in Onboarding process

• Knowledge of Workers Compensation

• Ability to handle Employee Relations Investigations

• Experience in Leave Administration including Medical Leave and Family Medical Leave

• Proficiency in UKG Pro and UKG Ready

• Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits

• Experience in Change Management

• Ability to conduct Performance Management

• Knowledge of HR Compliance

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Ability to conduct Performance Reviews

• Knowledge of HR Policy
