Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Director of Land, Land Managers, and team members. The ideal candidate will be a driven and results-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior-level executives, including planning and managing large team gatherings, managing calendars, and preparing reports, presentations, and materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the team, including domestic and international travel.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet the needs of the team.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a large, high-volume team.
  • International travel experience.
