Customer Service Specialist Role

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service to our clientele through both telephone and email interactions. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational capabilities will be crucial as you manage orders, oversee online subscriptions, respond to customer inquiries, and regularly update product information. Additionally, you will extend support to the Sales & Customer Service team as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer orders
  • Assist clients in navigating online services
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and respond to inquiries
  • Support the Sales Team with order entry responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to phone calls and emails
  • Effectively manage white mail and other correspondence
  • Oversee inventory imports and maintain product information
  • Generate data reports for sales management
  • Notify management of any significant issues that require attention

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in standard computer applications and internet browsers
  • Exhibits a positive and professional demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in data entry and customer service is preferred
  • Highly accurate in data entry, with a solid grasp of basic mathematics
  • Familiarity with Excel and MS Word
  • Aligns with the vision and values of CHARISMA MEDIA

Work Environment: Professional office setting with moderate noise levels

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods and lift office supplies
