About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Services Representative to join our team at Paylocity. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our business clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve payroll and HR system issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage a shared book of business with your team, prioritizing client needs and providing outstanding support via phone and email
  • Utilize technical knowledge and resources to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance on HR and payroll best practices
  • Meet or exceed service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in a high-volume customer service environment, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred skills: technical troubleshooting, software as a service (SaaS), IT helpdesk, Salesforce or CRM tool, career progression or leadership experience
