Location: Lake Mary, FL

Hybrid Position: 3 days in office

Training: Remote

Training Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm; Day 1 starts at 9am

Post-Training Schedule: Hourly shifts; Start & End times ranging between 11am-12am

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering intricate analytics and reporting services, focusing on enhancing and automating Client Processing systems. Addressing moderate to complex external client concerns.
  • Providing direct advice to various organizational units/teams to ensure timely service delivery or issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with organizational units/teams to ensure that problems are appropriately addressed and resolved promptly.
  • Engaging in product development, enhancements, and system testing to ensure efficient processing of high-value transactions.
  • Resolving complex issues by leveraging a deep understanding of system intricacies.
  • Combining extensive area knowledge with a solid grasp of industry standards to deliver solutions to both internal and external clients.
  • Offering support to junior client processing roles.
  • Possibly overseeing and reviewing the work of other team members.
  • May involve specific supervisory review, training, and approval responsibilities.
  • Contributing to the achievement of related team objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess: Strong customer service experience with a background in Financial Services.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $24.00/hr - $25.00/hr
