Innova Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.

Position Type: Contract to Hire

Duration: 12+ Months Temp to Perm

Location: Lake Mary, FL

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Training: Remote

Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM; Day 1 starts at 9 AM

Post-Training Schedule: Hourly shifts with start and end times between 11 AM and 12 AM

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering comprehensive analytics and reporting services aimed at enhancing and automating client processing systems. Addressing moderate to complex client concerns.
  • Providing direct guidance to various organizational units to ensure timely service delivery or issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure that problems are effectively addressed and resolved promptly.
  • Engaging in product development, enhancements, and system testing to ensure efficient processing of high-value transactions.
  • Resolving intricate issues by leveraging a deep understanding of system intricacies.
  • Combining extensive area knowledge with a solid grasp of industry standards to deliver solutions to both internal and external clients.
  • Offering support to junior client processing roles.
  • Possibly overseeing and reviewing the work of other team members.
  • May involve specific supervisory duties, training, and approval processes.
  • Contributing to the achievement of team objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess: Strong customer service experience, particularly within the Financial Services sector.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $24.00/hr - $25.00/hr

*The offered pay range will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific duties, and certifications.
