Position Overview

Job Title: Training Manager

Reports to: Club Manager

Status: Full Time / Non-Exempt

Role Summary

The Training Manager is accountable for aiding in the management of gym operations to guarantee a favorable member experience and a financially thriving facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support member service management, ensuring that all personnel consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Actively engage in all front desk operations.
  • Welcome prospective members and conduct gym tours.
  • Assist in resolving member service inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide supplementary support to the Club Manager as required.
  • Help oversee the cleanliness and overall presentation of the gym.
  • Contribute to managing marketing initiatives, ensuring staff are informed and trained on current promotional activities.
  • Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking necessary reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong customer service capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for at least 75% of the shift.
  • Engage in verbal communication in person or over the phone for at least 75% of the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time.

Successful completion of the Training Manager program may lead to a position as a Club Manager.
