Key Responsibilities

  • Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain training materials, including reference guides, job aids, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent in training, education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Three months or more of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a training or instructional design role.
  • Skills: Above-average PC and MS Office skills, with the ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
  • Communication: Proficient verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey clear and concise information to others.
