Key Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeper Coaching and Training: Provide feedback and coaching to bookkeepers to improve their skills and knowledge, and develop training programs to address areas of improvement.
  • Financial Transaction Management: Manage all financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, taxes, and financial documents, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations, and identify and mitigate risks associated with financial transactions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Bookkeeping experience, with a strong understanding of accounting procedures and processes.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
