- Manage Staffing and Scheduling: Assist with the creation of weekly work schedules, and ensure that our staff is properly trained and equipped to handle the demands of our restaurant.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our operational needs.
- Financial Management: Assist with the management of our restaurant's finances, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Guest Service and Quality Control: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service, and that our restaurant meets our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Store Safety and Sanitation: Oversee the maintenance of a safe and clean work environment, and ensure that our staff is properly trained in food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Leadership and Development: Assist with the development and training of our staff, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Management Experience in the Food Service Industry: Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Applications: Required
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Required
