The Training Coordinator plays a pivotal role in collaborating with colleagues to ensure outstanding service delivery within the Policy Administration Division. Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a contact center within the insurance or financial services sector
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in life insurance and/or annuities
  • Preferred 1 year of experience in coaching or training roles

Educational Background:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory
  • Associate's Degree is advantageous
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Work Environment:

  • Business Travel: Not required
