The Training Coordinator plays a pivotal role in collaborating with colleagues to ensure outstanding service delivery within the Policy Administration Division. This role involves assisting in the creation of technical documentation, operational guidelines, and educational resources. Key responsibilities include partnering with management to craft and implement training initiatives, assessing training requirements, and developing evaluation tools. The Training Coordinator will also remain informed about industry developments and recommend training strategies to align with organizational objectives.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in a contact center within the insurance or financial services sector
- Preferred 3 years of experience in life insurance and/or annuities
- Preferred 1 year of experience in coaching or training roles
Educational Background:
- High School Diploma is mandatory
- Associate's Degree is advantageous
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Work Environment:
- Business Travel: Not required
