LPN Medication Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Document and maintain accurate records of medication administration
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP)/Individualized Care Plans (ICP)
- Transcribe orders and maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Report all resident concerns and accidents/incidents immediately
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to make choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interest
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
