Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
  • Document and maintain accurate records of medication administration
  • Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP)/Individualized Care Plans (ICP)
  • Transcribe orders and maintain confidentiality of resident information
  • Report all resident concerns and accidents/incidents immediately
Requirements
  • LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to make choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interest
  • Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
