Job Description:

Boyd Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Business Development Lead to join our HMI and Graphics Business Unit (BU) sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) and Industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the A&D and Industrial markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Operations, to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide value-added guidance on product solutions.
  • Manage the quotation process, including technical review of engineering drawings and specifications, and preparation of formal quotation packages.
  • Utilize CRM system to capture business opportunities, customer business intelligence, wins, and losses.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Business Development Lead who possesses the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with 5-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of materials solutions and passion for technically based sales.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel, including possibly internationally, to meet objectives.

Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location:

The ideal candidate will be based in a location near a Boyd facility, with possibility of remote work.
