Zilker Partners is seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to lead business development efforts in the Software Development industry. This role involves prospecting and managing new business opportunities and converting them into clients.



Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
Actively seek new sales prospects through cold calling, emails, and networking.
Present our company effectively to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings.
Identify client needs and prepare and deliver presentations on relevant services.
Collaborate with various internal teams involved in the sales process.
Engage in in-depth contract negotiations.
Collaborate remotely with team members.
Quickly develop the ability to work independently.
Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results to management.
Respond promptly and efficiently to inbound leads.

Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience targeting US clientele.
3+ years experience selling IT and Technical nearshore (LATAM) staff augmentation services.
Experience selling Direct Hire Recruiting Services.
Exceptional skills in in-person presentations, negotiations, and rapport-building.
Proven ability to work with minimal oversight and direction.
Proven track record of closing deals and developing long-term client relationships.
Experience in hunting new clients, cold-calling, and closing deals.
Excellent communication skills.
