Job Title: Sales Business Development Agent

Job Summary: Universal Toyota is seeking a highly motivated Sales Business Development Agent to join our team. As a Sales Business Development Agent, you will be responsible for conducting business both online and over the phone, with a focus on appointment setting and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Receive inbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment date and time from the prospect.
  • Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests, and providing general or related vehicle sales information.
  • Work in close proximity with other Sales BDC Representatives in a team-based environment.
  • Facilitate timely follow-up on all internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures.
  • Communicate with the dealership management or front-line employees on behalf of our guests.
  • Participate in departmental and dealership meetings; other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year inbound and outbound call center experience.
  • Preferred experience in the Automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of performance-based initiatives.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and have a solid background in all MS Office products.
  • Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new software programs and systems quickly.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

Benefits: Pay structure will be hourly plus bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental, 401K, and Christmas Bonus plans. Successful candidates will also have opportunity for advancement.
