The Senior Forklift Repair Technician will oversee all machinery, services, and facilities related to the operational infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all company-operated forklifts, floor cleaning machines, and automotive vehicles.
- Execute necessary repairs on the aforementioned equipment.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records for all equipment.
- Ensure all batteries are kept in optimal condition.
- Keep the lift area organized and clean.
- Set and achieve operational goals for equipment performance.
Additional Information:
This role is eligible for performance-based bonuses in accordance with the company's policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must have completed training from a trade school or vendor-certified program with relevant certifications.
- Must have experience in welding and possess machine shop skills necessary for equipment repair.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or a commitment to pursue further education.
- Completion of at least two (2) years of technical schooling.
