Tuesday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation and Benefits:
This role is eligible for performance-based bonuses in accordance with the Company's policies. Additionally, health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), disability insurance, retirement plans, and more are available. Employees will also enjoy a comprehensive time-off package that includes personal leave, paid parental leave, medical leave, vacation days, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct preventive maintenance on all company-operated forklifts, floor cleaning machines, and vehicles.
2. Execute necessary repairs on the aforementioned equipment.
3. Maintain accurate records for all equipment.
4. Ensure all batteries are kept in optimal condition.
5. Keep the maintenance area clean and organized.
6. Set and achieve performance goals for maintenance operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work without the need for sponsorship.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a forklift mechanic is required.
- Completion of training from a trade school or vendor certification with relevant credentials is necessary.
- Experience in welding and machine shop practices is essential for equipment repairs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or a commitment to pursue a degree is preferred.
- At least two (2) years of technical school education is advantageous.
