Position Overview:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be instrumental in propelling the market success of PipeIQ's offerings. Your role will encompass the formulation and implementation of thorough go-to-market strategies, along with positioning, messaging, and marketing initiatives that resonate with our intended audience. A vital component of this position is your expertise in crafting clear, persuasive messaging that directly addresses the needs and challenges of distinct audiences, ensuring our products are distinguished in a competitive market landscape. Key Responsibilities:

  • Positioning and Messaging: Develop impactful product positioning and messaging that resonates with targeted audiences, addressing their specific challenges and driving demand for PipeIQ's solutions.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Execute market research, gather customer insights, and evaluate competitive landscapes to guide product strategy and marketing efforts.
  • Sales Enablement: Create and deliver compelling sales enablement materials, including product documentation, presentations, and training sessions, to equip the sales team with essential knowledge and tools for closing deals.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality marketing materials, such as blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and product videos, that highlight the value of PipeIQ's solutions and speak directly to our target audience.
  • Customer Advocacy: Partner with Customer Success to identify and cultivate customer advocates, leveraging customer stories to enhance product credibility and market visibility.
  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and assess integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and webinars, to generate leads and promote product adoption.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to leadership with insights and recommendations for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the SaaS, AI, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products in competitive markets.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, with a proven capacity to create sharp, targeted messaging that resonates with specific audiences.
  • Strong grasp of the enterprise software market and sales processes.
  • Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams within the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
