Position Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to oversee the commercial viability of one of our flagship products. This role entails crafting user experiences, formulating marketing strategies, and executing them effectively while prioritizing cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is inquisitive, organized, and technically adept, with a proven history of developing compelling messaging and successful go-to-market strategies that yield significant outcomes. Compensation:

The salary range for this full-time position is between $162,000 and $198,000, in addition to equity and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence a minimum of two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft product value propositions and go-to-market strategies for various innovative financial technology offerings.
  • Shape product roadmaps by integrating market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis, while identifying audience segments and potential opportunities.
  • Establish customer feedback mechanisms throughout the product and marketing development phases to enhance product narratives and value propositions.
  • Develop compelling product messaging, naming conventions, and external proof points.
  • Oversee the go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, collaborating with channel experts to ensure effective implementation and impact assessment. Monitor customer engagement and adoption of new features in partnership with marketing, PR, customer service, and sales teams.
  • Identify key metrics for assessing product-market fit and synthesize customer feedback to inform product lifecycle decisions: development, launch, and optimization.
  • Define success metrics and monitor progress against objectives for product launches and growth in existing markets.
  • Serve as a vital liaison among marketing, growth, PR, and other teams to ensure cohesive marketing launches and a consistent brand experience.

Qualifications:

  • A collaborative individual passionate about EarnIn's mission to transform financial transactions for the betterment of individuals.
  • Over 7 years of experience in Product Marketing, with a track record of leading significant product launches in technology or related sectors.
  • Ability to devise strategies and project roadmaps grounded in data analysis and market research.
  • Demonstrated capacity to think strategically while providing insights through detailed analysis of relevant data.
  • Skill in simplifying complex issues into clear narratives and effectively communicating with diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in identifying and cultivating markets around new concepts and ideas.
  • Strong product instincts and a technical curiosity that results in effective positioning and messaging.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at thriving in cross-functional environments and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in fintech is preferred, with additional consideration for backgrounds in card or banking sectors.
