Position Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned fintech Senior Product Marketing professional to take charge of the commercial success of one of our key product initiatives. This position entails defining user experiences, crafting marketing strategies, executing plans, and prioritizing tasks across various teams. The ideal candidate is inquisitive, organized, technically adept, and forward-thinking, with a proven history of developing and executing clear, relevant messaging and go-to-market strategies that yield significant results. Compensation:

The US base salary range for this full-time role is $162,000 - $198,000, plus equity and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling product value propositions and go-to-market strategies for a variety of new financial technology offerings.
  • Shape product roadmaps by integrating market, customer, and competitive insights, and perform audience segmentation and opportunity assessments.
  • Establish customer feedback mechanisms during product and marketing development to refine messaging and value propositions.
  • Formulate product narratives, customer messaging, naming conventions, and external proof points.
  • Oversee the go-to-market strategy and planning for product launches, ensuring execution and impact measurement through collaboration with channel experts.
  • Identify internal metrics for product market fit; analyze customer feedback to distill insights throughout the product lifecycle: development, launch, and optimization.
  • Define success metrics and monitor progress against objectives for product launches and market growth of existing offerings.
  • Serve as a vital link between marketing, growth, PR, channel, and other functional teams for cohesive marketing launches and a consistent consumer experience.

Qualifications:

  • A collaborative team player passionate about Earnin's mission to transform the movement of money to empower individual potential.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with a track record of leading feature and large-scale product launches in technology or related sectors.
  • Ability to devise strategies and project roadmaps grounded in data analysis, market insights, and customer research.
  • Demonstrated capability to think strategically while providing informed perspectives through thorough analysis of relevant data.
  • Skill in simplifying complex issues into clear narratives and effectively communicating with diverse audiences (executive, technical, and marketing).
  • Proficiency in identifying, evaluating, and developing markets around new concepts and ideas.
  • Strong product instincts and technical curiosity that facilitate clear positioning and messaging.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Able to thrive in a cross-functional environment and collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in fintech is preferred, with additional consideration for candidates from card or banking sectors.
