Position Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Senior Product Marketing professional to take charge of the commercial success of one of our flagship product initiatives. This role entails defining user experiences, crafting marketing strategies, executing plans, and prioritizing tasks across various teams. The ideal candidate is an inquisitive, organized, and technically adept individual with a proven history of developing compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies that yield significant results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate product value proposition narratives and go-to-market strategies for a variety of new financial technology offerings.
  • Shape product roadmaps by integrating market, customer, and competitive insights, while establishing audience segmentations and opportunity assessments.
  • Establish customer feedback mechanisms throughout the product and marketing development phases to enhance product narratives and value proposition clarity.
  • Craft product value propositions, narratives, customer messaging, naming conventions, and external proof points.
  • Oversee the go-to-market strategy and planning for product launches, ensuring effective execution and impact assessment through collaboration with channel experts.
  • Identify internal metrics for product market fit; synthesize customer feedback to provide clarity throughout the product lifecycle: development, launch, and optimization.
  • Define success metrics and monitor progress against objectives for product launches and market growth of existing offerings.
  • Serve as a vital link between marketing, growth, public relations, channels, and other functional teams for marketing initiatives and a cohesive consumer experience.

Qualifications:

  • A collaborative individual with a strong commitment to Earnin's mission of transforming financial transactions to empower individuals.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with a track record of leading feature and large-scale product launches in technology or related sectors.
  • Ability to develop strategic roadmaps based on data analysis, market insights, and customer research.
  • Demonstrated capability to think strategically while providing informed perspectives through detailed analysis of relevant data.
  • Skilled in simplifying complex issues into clear narratives and effectively communicating with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in identifying, assessing, and cultivating markets around new concepts and ideas.
  • Possess strong product instincts and technical curiosity that lead to effective positioning and messaging.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Able to thrive in a cross-functional environment and collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in the fintech sector is preferred, with additional consideration for backgrounds in card or banking industries.
