Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, select, and nurture a talented team dedicated to providing top-tier customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively to prevent stock shortages and ensure timely turnover, particularly for bottled beverages and spirits.
  • Implement industry-leading training programs.
  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain store conditions that align with or surpass company standards.
  • Analyze financial reports to inform operational decisions.
  • Control expenses including food costs, inventory management, payroll, and more, adhering to budget guidelines.
