About the Role

The Restaurant Operations Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salad kitchen. This individual thrives on challenge and continually seeks opportunities to learn and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the restaurant team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and develop new employees on shift, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Manage labor costs, ordering, and inventory control to maintain profitability.
  • Delegate duties, assign tasks, and follow up with team members to ensure seamless execution.
  • Exhibit leadership skills to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues as a team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
  • Be proficient in all areas of the restaurant to provide support when needed.
  • Act with integrity and honesty, promoting our restaurant culture and values.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
  • Manage time effectively to meet all job responsibilities.
  • Ensure a positive work environment for employees and guests.
  • Prepare food when necessary, adhering to our standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Monitor food quality and temperatures to maintain Health and Safety regulations.
  • Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures, including knife handling and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to use a touch-sensitive POS system.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a high-temperature kitchen for extended periods.
  • Completed training in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Ability to take direction and delegate responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to be on your feet for long, busy days.
  • Previous experience in customer service is helpful.
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
  • Current Driver's License.
