Job Description

Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in technology-related sales and business development to drive growth and success in our AWS partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the cloud computing market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS partners and customers to identify new business opportunities and drive joint sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, training, and tools to support sales teams.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate tracking of sales performance and progress.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services, including AWS.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

What We Offer

Genpact offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
