Job Title: Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
  • Manage a geographical territory, responsible for full sales strategy execution from market analysis to revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with service and support
  • Respond to inbound leads and requests, and conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
Requirements:
  • Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
  • Pump, Power & HVAC equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced growing company
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a team-oriented environment
