Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
- Manage a geographical territory, responsible for full sales strategy execution from market analysis to revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with service and support
- Respond to inbound leads and requests, and conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
- Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
- Pump, Power & HVAC equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced growing company
