Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Territory Manager to join our growing team at 360 Painting of Tampa and North Miami Beach. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and looking for an opportunity to develop a great career with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a territory through prospecting and brand representation
  • Diligent customer follow-up and customer communication
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules
  • Conduct and create customized onsite project estimates ensuring accuracy and clearly defined project parameters
  • Responsible for project oversight, including project coordination, scheduling, and communication with customers
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales and production targets and other KPIs within benchmarked timeframes
  • Actively seek leads within the community through various channels
  • Perform administrative responsibilities in a timely manner, including lead follow-up, updated work orders, and customer follow-up
  • Provide reports on activity tracking, work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required; college degree is a plus
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Willing and able to work weekly hours and some weekend days as required
  • Transportation suitable for 360 Painting sales use, including an unrestricted driver's license
