Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Roofing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at ICP Group. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a territory in the Miami-Dade, FL market, focusing on the sale of our APOC brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop commercial sales opportunities with installation contractors, distributors, and other key influencers.
  • Manage accounts, including A/R support, technical support, and product sales.
  • Travel extensively within the territory to meet with customers and prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a written business development plan for the industry and markets served.
  • Provide training and education to customers on our products and services.
  • Review sales and lead generation reports to identify market sales opportunities.
  • Utilize industry specifications, building notifications, and plans to create bid projects pipeline.
  • Interact with multi-level business leaders and cross-functional support groups to accomplish goals and objectives.
  • Perform customer follow-up and 360 sales reviews.
  • Participate in local Roofing and Waterproofing tradeshow events.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome sales objections.
  • Cold-calling success within a territory to both large nationwide clients and small businesses in construction and installation markets.
  • 5 years sales experience in roofing and waterproofing systems.
  • Construction experience as an installer, especially the installation of roofing and or waterproofing products, is a major plus.
  • Read/Write experience in all aspects of a project specification process, including the sale and promotion of Roofing and Waterproofing solutions in these same specifications, is a major plus.
