Work Environment

As a Lobby Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering courteous and professional customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Acquiring a general understanding to effectively address customer inquiries at the lobby
  • Accurately entering data for new applications related to food, cash, and medical assistance
  • Issuing electronic benefit cards or managing their destruction as required

  • Note: This role is not clerical; it is centered around high-volume customer service
Minimum Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Experience: Three years of relevant office support experience
  • Education/Experience Equivalency: Additional education may substitute for experience
