Position Overview

This is an on-call role, offering part-time, hourly employment. The position allows for a maximum of 39 hours per week. The salary range for this role is between $21.47 and $32.21, with a targeted hiring range of $21.47 to $26.84. This position qualifies for enrollment in the City and County of Denver's 457b retirement plan, though it does not come with additional benefits. On-call roles may feature consistent or variable work schedules.

As a Lobby Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:
  • Delivering courteous and professional service to both internal and external clients.
  • Acquiring general knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Accurately entering data for new applications related to food, cash, and medical assistance.
  • Issuing electronic benefit cards (EBT) and managing related tasks.
