Your Role
As a Client Engagement Specialist within our Operations/Client Services division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve success with AbsenceSoft's core offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support to a designated group of clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner for a portfolio of clients, managing relationships at all levels to become their trusted advisor and facilitate the adoption of AbsenceSoft's solutions.
- Monitor client health and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and prevent churn.
- Conduct regular executive meetings, program assessments, and operational discussions with each assigned client, prioritizing their needs and overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Implementations, Sales, Finance) to address issues, analyze root causes, and ensure efficient resolution.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling additional products and services to existing clients.
- Explore clients' organizational structures to expand our footprint and generate additional revenue.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Experience in contract negotiations and handling objections for at least 2 years.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in creating and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot customer issues and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR Leave Policies, FMLA, Disability, and/or ADA.
- Experience with product pricing and quoting.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
