Additionally, you will play a crucial role in enhancing IMAGINiT's ability to deliver exceptional services through involvement in pre-sales, post-sales, training, marketing, and service development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical support for qualified opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify new service and product opportunities.
- Collect technical information to determine the necessary solutions for customers and prospects.
- Engage with clients alongside the sales team to uncover essential technical and business drivers for IMAGINiT's solutions.
- Support the sales team with technical insights to promote solution-based selling.
- Advise on best practices tailored to various customer environments.
- Deliver executive-level presentations on products and services to both new and existing clients.
- Provide industry insights at events and webinars, leading discussions and contributing to IMAGINiT's unique position in the market.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure customer success.
- Collaborate with project management, sales, and other experts to achieve outstanding outcomes for clients.
- Assist leading firms in implementing PLM solutions to enhance processes and achieve business objectives.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust as a strategic business advisor.
- Experience in mapping client organizations to identify key influencers in technology adoption.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving desired outcomes.
- Collaborative approach to working with sales representatives in software solution selling.
- Proficient in initiating conversations, posing insightful questions, and identifying root causes of client challenges.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with a capacity to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated business acumen, high energy, self-motivation, and resilience under pressure.
- Relevant experience in technology implementation within Architecture, Construction, or Engineering sectors.
- Solid understanding of computer-aided design, architecture, engineering, and construction principles.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in the engineering or AEC industry.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
- Familiarity with software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Build, or similar solutions.
