Job Summary
Globe Life - Family Heritage Division is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Management Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the life/health insurance industry and experience helping our local Branch Offices grow recruiting and sales within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts and develop strong relationships with Career Agents
- Recruit and manage a team of sales professionals to meet business objectives
- Provide guidance and support to Branch Offices to drive growth and success
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to effectively communicate with clients
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- At least five years field management experience
- Proven track record in recruiting and sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
