Senior Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to optimize sales in our existing mid-market accounts by strengthening customer relationships and continually growing revenue based on customer needs.
- This role is responsible for managing the sales pipeline in their territory to ensure optimization of opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle from proper lead execution to the close of the sale and ongoing management of the account.
This Senior Sales Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas within assigned accounts (including QBR and ABR)
- Expanding account base in assigned territory by successfully moving new opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborating with Key and Global Accounts teams to expand account footprint of national and global accounts within assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in managing complex sales pipelines.
About YouWe are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably with experience selling premium products to mid-market industrial accounts.
- Has a strong understanding of CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Is able to navigate customer organizations to identify and fulfill varying requirements of stakeholders.
- Has a strong commitment to building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Has a proven ability to uncover customer needs, develop solutions that fit, and ultimately negotiate agreements that successfully meet the needs of both the customer and the company.
We offer a competitive salary range of $96,100 - $129,800, depending on qualifications, as well as benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
