Business Development Manager

Arizon Companies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the HVAC industry.
We are looking for an individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can effectively build and maintain relationships with customers and partners. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required, along with 5 years of experience in the HVAC design or manufacturing industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of HVAC terminology and principles. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
