Sales Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at ON TIME DELIVERY & INSTALLATION SER. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach strategies.
- Present and promote OTD's services to prospective clients, including B2B partners.
- Develop tailored proposals to meet client needs, emphasizing our white-glove and next-day delivery services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (2+ years), preferably in logistics, delivery, or service-based industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to understand and articulate client needs.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
