Position Overview:

As a vital member of our dynamic team, the Sales Associate serves as the representative of our brand, providing exceptional service and cultivating strong partnerships with clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales revenue by developing new business opportunities and enhancing relationships with existing clients.
  • Create and maintain a list of potential clients for outreach and engagement.
  • Travel within your designated territory to meet with current and prospective clients to secure orders.
  • Showcase products through demonstrations or samples, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Provide pricing and credit terms, and prepare contracts for secured orders.
  • Estimate delivery dates based on production and logistics schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of business transactions and manage expense reports.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure account information and marketing materials are current.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock efficiently.
  • Input new customer information and sales data into the database.
  • Build and nurture relationships with purchasing agents and decision-makers.

Qualifications:
We seek candidates with:
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in food service or culinary sales.
  • A high-energy, positive demeanor and a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • A commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges.
  • A sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Residence within the assigned sales territory is required.
