Position Overview

The Territory Sales Executive is tasked with driving sales growth for Sundance/National Beverage Products within the designated area.

This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee distributor sales initiatives, providing the necessary guidance, leadership, and motivation for effective sales execution.
  • Equip distributors with product knowledge and training to enhance their ability to sell National Beverage products.
  • Evaluate competitive performance by keeping track of market trends and account activities to improve market positioning and foresee consumer demands.
  • During market visits, this executive must be prepared to implement account resets/merchandising, arrange Company glide trays, and replenish shelf stock with our Sundance Brands.
  • Must be capable of handling and lifting Sundance case weights ranging from 27 lbs (Everfresh 64oz case) to 42 lbs (Faygo 24oz).
  • Travel to various markets to secure new accounts.
  • Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in Food/Beverage, DSD/Retail, Sales, etc.
  • A valid Driver's License with fewer than 5 points.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Highly motivated with an outgoing personality, strong work ethic, and self-starter attitude.
  • Flexibility in work schedule is necessary.
