Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Clae Goldman Team. As a Field Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging directly with potential customers in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned territories to present and promote community solar and third-party energy solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Educate customers about the benefits of green energy solutions and how they can save on their energy costs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Accurately track and report on sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with people and convey the benefits of our solutions.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic about learning and growing in a sales career.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to team success.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Preferred but not required – we train the right candidates.
  • Ability to Work Outdoors: Comfortable engaging in door-to-door sales and working in various weather conditions.
