POSITION:
We are seeking a Lead Sales Executive to enhance our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for pursuing new business opportunities while also nurturing relationships with existing clients. Your duties will include designing tailored advertising solutions from our extensive product range to satisfy client requirements, managing internal processes such as contracts, scheduling, and tracking collections, and providing updates to internal leadership regarding sales forecasts and performance metrics. Ideal candidates will be proactive, self-driven professionals capable of collaborating with colleagues and engaging a diverse array of potential clients in a fast-paced setting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in outside B2B sales is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in media sales is preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in utilizing various computer software and technology
- Willingness to travel as necessary
- Residence in proximity to Peoria, IL is required
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $130,000, plus commission opportunities based on performance
