Role Overview

The primary responsibility of the Territory Sales Representative is to identify, cultivate, and maintain business relationships with organizations and individuals within a specified region. The representative aims to drive revenue growth for both the branch and the overall company. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals eager to develop their professional skills within a reputable organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily territory operations and foster revenue growth through site visits to various customer locations.
  • Create and maintain a list of potential clients, ensuring consistent communication via phone and online platforms.
  • Formulate, strategize, and implement sales plans to meet established objectives.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets by effectively renting and selling equipment.
  • Assess customer needs and respond appropriately while being aware of market trends and competitor pricing.
  • Engage with customers at a strategic level to broaden the client base, encompassing industrial, traditional, and nontraditional accounts.
  • Collaborate and support fellow team members in achieving collective goals.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • A proven history of 3 to 5 years in outside sales, particularly within the industrial or heavy equipment sectors, is desirable.

  • Strong verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Timely follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an annual salary ranging from $35,000 to $45,000, complemented by a monthly commission structure. The first-year compensation is estimated between $90,000 and $110,000.
