Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Client Consulting: Collaborate with senior leaders and client-facing teams to deliver high-stakes projects and drive business growth.
  2. Organizational Design & HR Infrastructure: Develop and implement sustainable HR strategies, frameworks, and processes that drive business success.
  3. Operational Excellence & Process Design: Design and implement streamlined processes that enhance client intake, staffing, and resource management.
  4. Leadership Development & Culture Building: Foster a people-first culture that drives employee engagement and business success.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders and client-facing teams to drive business growth and success.
  6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in HR roles, with a track record in strategy and operational leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects and implementing growth-driving processes.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight and action.
