Job Title: Human Resources Director

At Grace Hospice, we are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead our HR function and drive business results. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance, managing daily operations, and collaborating with management and field staff to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management in recruitment efforts, providing support in the hiring process.
  • Administer Human Resource policies, including leave of absence, workers' compensation, OSHA, and pay policies.
  • Ensure timely evaluations, compliance of personnel files, and hiring process encompasses all needed steps/forms.
  • Coordinate responses to external agencies on employee-related matters.
  • Assist with management development and training programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of human resources experience in a leadership role.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new applications.
