Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resources Manager at Walmart, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative functions of the HR office. This includes managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals. You will also be responsible for implementing the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates)
Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling
Manage daily administrative functions of the HR office (e.g., benefits, hiring/transfers, terminations, payroll)
Ensure compliance with company HR policies by reviewing and managing the accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of HR-documents
Maintain quality and safety standards in the area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures
Requirements
Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 2 years Walmart Logistics management experience OR 2 years supervisory experience, including 1 year experience managing human resource processes OR 1 year Walmart Stores, Inc. Human Resources experience
Benefits
As a Human Resources Manager at Walmart, you will receive a competitive salary range of $50,000.00-$100,000.00, as well as additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.
