- Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the sales office and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Three to six months of experience, or one year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hotel software knowledge preferred.
- Solid organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
