Job Summary

Celebrations On Park is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upscale 5,000 square foot industrial events venue and restaurant. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive business growth, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality.

About Celebrations On Park

We are an elegant events venue and restaurant that offers state-of-the-art technology, including audio visual equipment and multiple screens. Our unique space features a black ceiling with exposed duct work, industrial lighting, original concrete floor, detailed brick work, custom crafted bar, and marble bathrooms.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards.
  • Ensure management staff maintains restaurant equipment and grounds.
  • Coach and direct management staff to accurately enter inventory and orders into our computer system.
  • Create and implement strategies for business growth.
  • Improve internal processes for better productivity.
  • Arrange for and assist with booking events at the venue, develop relationships with promoters and local market contacts, and agents.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Team on menu development.
  • Supervise all staff.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
  • Operations, sales, culinary background, financials, leadership, and facilities management.
  • Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training, and mentorship.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
  • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organization and time management.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive pay, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
